Magnet’s Group Induction Training, a tailor made four day induction course for all new staff, was recognised with this award for the quality of training and the huge benefits it offered new recruits.

The course was developed to ensure they have good product knowledge and understanding of the business as a whole, ensuring that when the staff reach their branch they are confident and motivated about the business and how to help customers buy their dream kitchen.
