Recent research (by Halifax Estate Agents) has revealed that the kitchen is truly the heart of the home – as if we didn’t know that already!
Over a quarter of people in a survey said that a new, modern fitted kitchen is the home improvement most likely to make a house appeal to any potential new buyers. It also beat other home improvements like fuel efficiency saving features and extensions.
